Dr Ann Bugeja - Partner at GVZH Advocates
Ann heads the employment and private client practices within the firm. She has advised a number of large companies in Malta on non-litigious employment law arising from day-to-day matters and more specific issues such as collective redundancies and protection of employees under the TUPE regulations.

She is an entity CEO within the Ministry for Education, Youth, Research and Innovation, leading teams and working across organisational structures. As the mental health lead at the FIDEM Foundation, Sue also contributes to initiatives that strengthen wellbeing and resilience. Mikela Fenech Pace - HR Consultant
For the first 15 years of her career Mikela served as a diplomat with the Government of Malta. In 2011 she was on the leading team of Malta’s response to the Libya Crisis. In 2014 she moved into the private sector and transferred her skill set into the strategic human resource functions across the telecoms, financial as well as food importation and distribution industries. Working with international companies such as Vodafone, Deloitte and Alf Mizzi and Sons Marketing and leading and transforming HR strategy brought her into direct contact with organisational restructuring, people change and strategic planning.
She has since become an Executive Coach assisting clients develop wider skill sets and with their self-belief and leadership potential, and has also set up her own HR Consultancy and Executive Coaching Practice.

Passionate about leadership, sustainability and driving meaningful change, Antonello is a dynamic and results-orientated leader with a proven track record in team management. He holds a Masters degree in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria and is a fellow of the Institute of Leadership (UK). With over 25 years of management experience, he has spent the past 8 years as the CEO of the Inspire Foundation. He is also a board member of several other organisations. Antonello actively supports companies in addressing their ESG and CSRD requirements, underscoring his dedication to sustainable and responsible business practices.

Ezgi is a seasoned senior consultant with years of experience in business and legal environments, specialising in international business, foreign direct investments, international trade, and wealth planning. She is a partner and a private investor at several companies and projects in Malta, London and Italy. She holds a law degree from Marmara University in Istanbul and is admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association. She is also a member and mentor at a global community of women with cultural, professional, or family ties to Turkey. Philip Ingram MBE BSc MA GCLI - Founder at Grey Hare Media, former senior British army officer and presenter for Times Radio Frontline
Philip is a widely published journalist, specialising in security with years of experience in all aspects of intelligence, conflict and security as well as strategic planning. He maintains a close interest in global events, and interviews various experts on ongoing international conflicts. He is recognised as a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear weapons expert. Philip now runs his own media company, Grey Hare Media. Between the Army and this, he was a sales and marketing director for a large cast steel manufacturer with over £100m of business, and then managing director and editor in chief of a B2B Security focused print and online publication. He speaks across the globe on conflict, terrorism, cyber security, information and disinformation, leadership and mental health, as well as on global security issues.
Trudy Kerr - Founder, Host and Producer of The SHE Word Ultra Runner, Traveler and Author
Trudy has extensive experience in communications, media, strategy and marketing, having worked in a number of leadership roles within these areas. She is well versed in all things iGaming, while her previous role saw her occupying the same post, Head of Strategy and Marketing, at iGEN- the iGaming European Network. She also hosts a popular podcast called The Interviewer, where she invites a diverse range of guests who are leaders in their respective fields.
Dr Godwin Micallef - Management Consultant
By profession Godwin was an Administration [Including HR] & Financial Controller. His tertiary education was in accountancy and business studies. He is also certified in advanced management from the University of Surrey [UK]. He occupied senior positions with multi-national and local companies in the marketing, manufacturing and service industries. These were mainly in finance, administration and human resources. He was a member of the former Malta Federation of Industry Council [Representing the manufacturing and service industries in the private sector] for a number of years occupying the positions of Senior Vice President and Vice President. He chaired various committees within the FOI. Dr Micallef also represented the FOI on several delegations both locally and abroad. He chaired and formed part of various authorities and organisations both in Malta and in the EU. He has been active for a number of years in the Malta Foundation for Human Resources Development [FHRD] and is currently its Board Secretary. He also lectured in accredited courses pertaining to human resources carried out by FHRD. In 2010 Godwin was presented with a Doctorate Honoris Causa from Grenoble Ecole de Management in recognition of his contribution to industry both in Malta and on an international level and for his commitment to sustainable development.
Martin Richards - Kidnap and Extortion Response Consultant
Martin is a crisis management professional. He works with public sector and business clients on crisis preparation, training, exercises, crisis plan preparation and assisting clients manage live crisis situations, including kidnap. Martin spent 30 years in the UK Metropolitan Police, reaching the rank of Chief Superintendent. He had command responsibility over a series of high-profile major incidents. He was head of the leadership academy, and worked on secondment to the Home Office, National Police Powers and Policy Unit and concluded his service as UK Director of strategic police command firearms training.
Miriam Sultana - Director of Advisory at PKF Malta
Miriam is an economist specialised in Environmental Economics with over 13 years’ of experience in business consultancy. At PKF Malta, she is heavily involved in the provision of specialist business and economic advice to various clients operating in various industries. She has been involved in cost benefit analyses in support of EU funding applications and also various economic impact assessments for public and private clients. More recently, Miriam acted as a main advisor on a number of valuations for a number of private clients, as part of their respective strategies to re-structure their groups. She is also involved in the provision of internal audit services to public and regulated entities in Malta.
