Philip now runs his own media company, Grey Hare Media. Between the Army and this, he was a sales and marketing director for a large cast steel manufacturer with over £100m of business, and then managing director and editor in chief of a B2B Security focused print and online publication. He speaks across the globe on conflict, terrorism, cyber security, information and disinformation, leadership and mental health, as well as on global security issues.

Trudy Kerr - Founder, Host and Producer of The SHE Word Ultra Runner, Traveler and Author
Trudy has extensive experience in communications, media, strategy and marketing, having worked in a number of leadership roles within these areas. She is well versed in all things iGaming, while her previous role saw her occupying the same post, Head of Strategy and Marketing, at iGEN- the iGaming European Network. She also hosts a popular podcast called The Interviewer, where she invites a diverse range of guests who are leaders in their respective fields.

Dr Godwin Micallef - Management Consultant
By profession Godwin was an Administration [Including HR] & Financial Controller. His tertiary education was in accountancy and business studies. He is also certified in advanced management from the University of Surrey [UK]. He occupied senior positions with multi-national and local companies in the marketing, manufacturing and service industries. These were mainly in finance, administration and human resources. He was a member of the former Malta Federation of Industry Council [Representing the manufacturing and service industries in the private sector] for a number of years occupying the positions of Senior Vice President and Vice President. He chaired various committees within the FOI. Dr Micallef also represented the FOI on several delegations both locally and abroad. He chaired and formed part of various authorities and organisations both in Malta and in the EU. He has been active for a number of years in the Malta Foundation for Human Resources Development [FHRD] and is currently its Board Secretary. He also lectured in accredited courses pertaining to human resources carried out by FHRD. In 2010 Godwin was presented with a Doctorate Honoris Causa from Grenoble Ecole de Management in recognition of his contribution to industry both in Malta and on an international level and for his commitment to sustainable development.

Miriam is an economist specialised in Environmental Economics with over 13 years’ of experience in business consultancy. At PKF Malta, she is heavily involved in the provision of specialist business and economic advice to various clients operating in various industries. She has been involved in cost benefit analyses in support of EU funding applications and also various economic impact assessments for public and private clients. More recently, Miriam acted as a main advisor on a number of valuations for a number of private clients, as part of their respective strategies to re-structure their groups. She is also involved in the provision of internal audit services to public and regulated entities in Malta.
