Working Town's second annual conference on Mental Wellness at the Workplace took place on the 10th October, World Mental Health Day. This year we were joined as organisers by Up Your Level, Healthmark and We Connect (of the FIDEM Foundation).

This conference was for anyone interested in consolidating and improving the mental wellness culture at their workplace at all levels. It was be useful for those running businesses, managing teams, or even team members and includes interactive workshops and real life experiences. Participants left with practical tools, advice and insights on how they can contribute to a better environment at work.
