Abigail Cutajar - CEO at the Climate Change Authority
Ing. Abigail Cutajar is the CEO of Europe’s first authority for climate action, with expertise in energy and climate sectors. She leads initiatives to advance sustainability and climate neutrality, working closely with Malta’s Climate Action Council. An Accredited LEED AP, Abigail advocates for innovation and transformative action to tackle climate challenges and build a sustainable future.
Antonello Gauci - ESG Advisor
Passionate about leadership, sustainability and driving meaningful change, Antonello is a dynamic and results-orientated leader with a proven track record in team management. He holds a Masters degree in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria and is a fellow of the Institute of Leadership (UK). With over 25 years of management experience, he has spent the past 8 years as the CEO of the Inspire Foundation. He is also a board member of several other organisations. Antonello actively supports companies in addressing their ESG and CSRD requirements, underscoring his dedication to sustainable and responsible business practices.
Graziella Grech - COO at Finance Malta
Graziella has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry, having worked at HSBC for more than 25 years holding various roles, including Branch Manager, back-office operations lead, project manager responsible for simplifying the bank's processes and other sensitive responsibilities. She is a Henley MBA graduate and was awarded the CertFinTech by ACCA. She has won several awards related to sales performance and corporate sustainability, and was nominated for ten consecutive years for the Top Customer Service Award. In 2023, was also nominated as an Ambassador of Change.

Luc Hendrickx is since 2000 Director of Enterprise Policy and External Relations at SMEunited (formerly UEAPME), the European employer's organisation representing the interests of crafts and SMEs at EU level. In this function he is responsible for SME policy, better regulation, legal affairs, internal market issues, retail, digitalisation, trade and standardisation. He is member of the board of EURid, the registry manager of the .eu and .ею country code top-level domains, Member of the Multistakeholder expert group to support the application of the GDPR, Member of the Stakeholder Consultation Group for the Fitness Check of EU Consumer and Marketing Law and other advisory groups.

Norbert has over 17 years of experience in the finance sector including assurance and consulting services and local banking. He leads a diverse team of experts as the Sustainability Leader at PwC Malta to support large organisations in preparing for the implementation of CSRD, as well as emissions reporting and strategy setting. Norbert's expertise includes ESRS reporting, GHG accounting, Taxonomy reporting, and the respective assurance.
