Refunds Policy

Thank you for registering and purchasing a ticket, or tickets, to attend this Working Town event. If for any reason You are unable to attend, we invite you to review our policy on refunds.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings as defined below. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy: Working Town (referred to as either “WT”, "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to the Azure Rock PArtners Ltd, G4, Swieqi Complex, Triq il-Qatta, Swieqi SWQ3064, Malta. “Orders” mean a request by You to book a ticket to attend our event. “Service” or “Event” refers to the Our annual Terra event being scheduled for the coming 10th July. “Website” refers to Our events page, accessible from https://events.workingtown.com/terra2024. “You” means the individual or individuals accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual/s is/are accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 15 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 15 days from the date on which You booked, or 24 hours before the event, whichever is sooner. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email on [email protected]. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We confirm the refund. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. No refunds are available after the event has taken place. A no-show does not entitle You to a refund.

Transfer of Ticket

You can transfer your ticket to someone else up to 24 hours before the start of the event. If you wish to do so contact us by email on [email protected] giving us details (name, surname and email address) of the person who will be replacing You.
